WHERE CAN I FIND THE DRIVER HOLDING THE SIGN WITH MY NAME?

The Mallorca Taxi Service driver will be waiting for you at the meeting point –with your name on a sign board- in the arrivals hall in the Palma de Mallorca airport (in front of door number 4).

HOW DO I KNOW WHO MY DRIVER IS?

One of the Mallorca Taxi Service drivers will be waiting for you at the meeting point holding a sign with your name on it in the arrivals hall in front of door 4.

WHAT IF MY FLIGHT IS DELAYED OR I LOSE MY LUGGAGE?

At Mallorca Taxi Service we know your flight status at all time. If there are any problems with damaged or lost luggage, we ask that you phone or message us within 90 minutes of your flight landing to notify us about the delay. If we are not able to contact you within this time period, the transfer will be cancelled.
Flight delays and luggage wait time will not result in any additional cost.

WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PASSENGERS?

The service is for up to 4 people plus the driver.
Children and infants count as adults in regard to the number of seats.
Additionally, at Mallorca Taxi Service we can provide infant or child seats, at no extra charge, to fit the age and weight of your child.

WHAT DO I DO AFTER MAKING THE BOOKING?

Once your reservation is made we will respond by email as soon as possible to confirm the details of your journey.
If at any time you phone us and we are unable to answer because we are driving, we will return your call as soon as we can.

WHAT IS THE RECOMMENDED PICKUP TIME FOR RETURN JOURNEYS TO THE AIRPORT?

We recommend that you are picked up approximately 3 hours before your flight departure time.

HOW LONG WILL THE DRIVER WAIT FOR ME?

If you get in touch with us, we will wait as long as necessary at no additional cost.
If you do not contact us and we are unable to reach you on the phone number provided on the booking form, the service will be cancelled 90 minutes after the flight arrival time.

WILL I ALWAYS HAVE THE SAME DRIVER?

At Mallorca Taxi Service we make every effort to do so, however during peak reservation times there may be a different driver. We ensure the quality of all of our staff.
